‘Game of Thrones’ season six to air on Netflix – News & Analysis
Game of Thrones season six will premiere on Netflix on February 13, the show’s creators have announced.
The sixth season will feature new episodes of both “The Door” and “The Ghost of Harrenhal”, according to the showrunners, who also announced a brand new trailer for the new season.
The first episode, “The Gate of Stone”, will be available to stream on the streaming service on February 5.
The second episode, entitled “The Way of Kings”, will premiere in the US on March 15.
The fourth episode, titled “The Bear and the Maiden Fair”, will debut on March 26.
The final episode, known as “The Dragon and the Wolf”, will air in Europe on March 30.
The show’s second season is set to premiere in early 2019, and the fourth season will air on April 10.
The series was originally set to end in the fifth season, but that was changed after fans and production companies clashed with HBO and other cable networks over a long-running dispute.
